In short: Slime Fusion is free to play. Gold, boosters, lives, hats and the Slime Pass are game items without cash value. The App Store or Google Play takes the payment and handles refunds. Play fair; cheating can lose leaderboard places or an account.

1. Who we are

Slime Fusion is made and published by an individual developer in Türkiye under the name Dumusoft. These terms apply to the game on every platform. Questions: muti138@gmail.com.

2. Using the game

You can play as a guest; an account is optional. Children under 13 (or the higher age set in your country) should not create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Leaderboard nicknames must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate someone; we may change or remove such a name.

3. Game items

Gold, jelly, boosters, lives, hats, the Slime Pass and other items are a personal, limited licence to use inside the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold, transferred or traded, and are not your property. We may change how items, prices and rewards work to keep the game balanced.

4. Purchases

Payments go through the App Store or Google Play under their terms; the store shows the final price in your currency, taxes included.
Items are delivered right after the payment. The starter pack can be bought once per account. The Slime Pass lasts 30 days from the purchase and does not renew itself; buying it again adds 30 days.
"Restore purchases" brings back the Slime Pass time and the hats. Gold and boosters that were delivered are not restored.
Refunds are requested from Apple or Google under their policies. A purchase is digital content delivered at once with your request, so the right of withdrawal ends when it is delivered (in Türkiye: Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15(1)(ğ); in the EU: Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)). If a purchase did not arrive, write to us with the store receipt and we will fix it.
Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

5. Fair play

Do not cheat, hack, modify or automate the game, exploit bugs, or tamper with scores or saves. We may remove scores, reset progress or close an account that breaks these rules, in proportion to what happened.

6. Online features

Accounts, cloud saves and leaderboards need a connection and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or end online features; if we stop the game for good, we will say so in the game at least 30 days before purchases stop working, where we can.

7. Our content

The game, its art, music, code and names belong to the developer. You may play it for your own, non-commercial use; you may not copy, sell or redistribute it.

8. Liability

We work to keep the game running and free of errors but cannot promise it always will be. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost game items caused by events outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

9. Privacy and deleting your account

How we handle data is in the privacy notice. You can stop playing at any time and delete your account.

10. Changes, law and disputes

If these terms change, the date above is updated and important changes are shown in the game. Turkish law applies. Players in Türkiye may apply to consumer arbitration committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) and consumer courts; players in the EU keep the protection of their own country's mandatory consumer law. This English text is a translation of the Turkish one; if they differ, the Turkish version prevails.

Kısaca: Slime Fusion ücretsiz oynanır. Altın, güçlendiriciler, canlar, şapkalar ve Slime Pass parasal değeri olmayan oyun içi öğelerdir. Ödemeyi App Store ya da Google Play alır, iadeleri de onlar yürütür. Adil oyna; hile sıralamadaki yerini ya da hesabını kaybettirebilir.

Slime Fusion'ı Türkiye'de Dumusoft adıyla çalışan bireysel bir geliştirici yapar ve yayınlar. Bu koşullar oyunun bütün platformlardaki sürümleri için geçerlidir. Sorular için: muti138@gmail.com.

2. Oyunun kullanımı

Misafir olarak oynayabilirsin; hesap açmak isteğe bağlıdır. 13 yaşından küçükler (ya da bulunduğun ülkedeki daha yüksek yaşın altındakiler) hesap açmamalıdır. Giriş bilgilerini kimseyle paylaşma; hesabında olanlardan sen sorumlusun. Sıralamadaki takma adlar hakaret içeremez, yanıltıcı olamaz ve başkasını taklit edemez; böyle bir adı değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz.

3. Oyun içi öğeler

Altın, jöle, güçlendiriciler, canlar, şapkalar, Slime Pass ve diğer öğeler, yalnızca oyunun içinde kullanman için sana tanınan kişisel ve sınırlı bir kullanım hakkıdır. Parasal değerleri yoktur; paraya çevrilemez, satılamaz, devredilemez ya da takas edilemezler ve senin mülkün değildirler. Oyunun dengesi için öğelerin, fiyatların ve ödüllerin işleyişini değiştirebiliriz.

4. Satın almalar

Ödemeler App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden, onların koşullarıyla yapılır; mağaza son fiyatı vergiler dahil kendi para biriminde gösterir.
Öğeler ödemeden hemen sonra teslim edilir. Başlangıç paketi hesap başına bir kez alınabilir. Slime Pass satın alındığı andan itibaren 30 gün sürer ve kendiliğinden yenilenmez; yeniden alınırsa süreye 30 gün eklenir.
"Satın alımları geri yükle" Slime Pass süresini ve şapkaları geri getirir. Teslim edilmiş altın ve güçlendiriciler geri yüklenmez.
İade talepleri Apple'a ya da Google'a, onların politikalarına göre yapılır. Satın alınan öğe, talebin üzerine anında teslim edilen dijital içerik olduğundan cayma hakkı teslimle sona erer (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15/1-ğ; AB'de 2011/83/AB sayılı Direktif m.16/m). Bir satın alma hesabına gelmediyse mağaza makbuzuyla bize yaz, düzeltelim.
Bu koşullar, kanunun sana tanıdığı zorunlu tüketici haklarını sınırlamaz.

5. Adil oyun

Hile yapma; oyunu kırma, değiştirme ya da otomatikleştirme, hatalardan yararlanma, puanlarla ya da kayıtlarla oynama. Bu kurallara uymayan bir hesabın puanlarını silebilir, ilerlemesini sıfırlayabilir ya da hesabı kapatabiliriz; önlem, olanla orantılı olur.

6. Çevrimiçi özellikler

Hesaplar, bulut kaydı ve sıralamalar bağlantı ister ve zaman zaman kullanılamayabilir. Çevrimiçi özellikleri değiştirebilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz; oyunu tamamen kapatırsak, mümkün olduğunca satın almalar çalışmayı bırakmadan en az 30 gün önce oyunun içinde duyururuz.

7. İçeriğimiz

Oyun, çizimleri, müzikleri, kodu ve adları geliştiriciye aittir. Oyunu kendi kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımın için oynayabilirsin; kopyalayamaz, satamaz ya da yeniden dağıtamazsın.

8. Sorumluluk

Oyunu çalışır ve hatasız tutmak için çalışırız ama her zaman öyle olacağını garanti edemeyiz. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan ve elimizde olmayan olaylar yüzünden kaybolan oyun içi öğelerden sorumlu değiliz. Kast ya da ağır ihmal gibi kanunen sınırlanamayan sorumluluklar saklıdır.

9. Gizlilik ve hesabın silinmesi

Verileri nasıl işlediğimiz gizlilik bildiriminde anlatılır. İstediğin zaman oynamayı bırakabilir ve hesabını silebilirsin.

10. Değişiklikler, hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar

Bu koşullar değişirse yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir ve önemli değişiklikler oyunda gösterilir. Türk hukuku uygulanır. Türkiye'deki oyuncular Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilir; AB'deki oyuncuların kendi ülkelerinin zorunlu tüketici hukukundan doğan korumaları saklıdır. İngilizce metin bu metnin çevirisidir; aralarında fark olursa Türkçe metin esas alınır.
